Mechanical engineering student Matthew Karls summarizes the findings of a research team that studied monocrystalline solar cells and discusses how soon-to-be cheaper monocrystalline solar cells can be used to build a system of solar collecting satellites orbiting the sun to passively collect solar energy for humanity to use.
